SAFER TRAVEL AT LONDON LUTON AIRPORT
LLA is the first UK airport to be awarded the Airport Health Accreditation by Airports Council International after a careful assessment of new measures and procedures introduced.
The measures currently in place at the airport include:
•Enhanced cleaning in the terminal
•Installation of hand sanitiser units
•Installation of floor markings and signage, so passengers can maintain a safe distance wherever possible
•Installation of protective screens where appropriate at customer service points such as check-in
•Displaying the latest public health information throughout the airport including regular announcements
•Passengers should wear a face covering, wash their hands regularly and keep a distance wherever possible
